Launching from Surrey up to South London, the 24/7 emergency electrical service will be gradually rolled out to a wider area over the next 6 months. At any time of day customers can call up to obtain assistance in an emergency or to book a visit the next working day.
Our call centre staff are trained to guide customers through the options and be clear on the pricing. They will communicate regularly with the customers on when the engineer will arrive and check that everything is completed satisfactorily. They will even try and give guidance over the phone for common problems which can easily be fixed!
